At Pegasustech.works, your privacy is our most valuable asset. This policy details how Image Studio handles your personal data and visual assets through our automated security protocols.
1. Data Encryption
All visual assets uploaded to Image Studio are encrypted both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption). Our infrastructure is provided by enterprise-grade partners including Cloudflare R2 and Google Cloud.
2. Asset Visibility
Your images are only visible to you and the authorized digital artisan assigned to your project. We do not use your personal images for advertising, public demos, or social media without explicit written consent from you.
3. The 30-Day Permanent Purge
To minimize your digital footprint and ensure absolute security, Image Studio enforces a strict 30-day permanent purge rule. Exactly 30 days after a project is provisioned, all associated high-resolution assets, raw files, and watermarked previews are automatically and irrevocably deleted from our storage servers.
4. Private AI Usage
While we use Generative AI to assist in processing, we maintain a 'Private Data' stance. Your images are never used to train public AI models. Processing occurs within private Genkit-managed environments where data does not persist beyond execution.
