At Pegasustech.works, your privacy is our most valuable asset. This policy details how Restore Studio handles your personal data and precious memories.
1. Data Encryption
All photos uploaded to Restore Studio are encrypted both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption). Our infrastructure is provided by enterprise-grade partners including Cloudflare R2 and Google Cloud, ensuring your data is protected by the same standards used by global financial institutions.
2. Photo Visibility
Your photos are only visible to you and the restoration artist assigned to your project. We do not use your personal images for advertising, public demos, or social media without explicit written consent from you.
3. Auto-Purge Protocol
Privacy is often about what we don't keep. Temporary session photos are purged within 24 hours of session inactivity. For completed orders, original assets are archived securely for 30 days to allow for revisions, after which they are permanently deleted from our primary processing servers.
4. AI Model Usage
While we use Generative AI to assist in restoration, we maintain a 'Private Data' stance. Your images are never used to train global, open-source AI models. The processing happens within private Genkit-managed cloud functions where data does not persist beyond the execution time.
