Legal framework for using the Image Studio hub, provided by Pegasustech.works.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Image Studio (including Restoration, KO Studio, and Bespoke services), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our platform.
Pegasustech.works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Service Scope & Quality
Image Studio provides AI-assisted and manual neural imaging services. While our artisans are world-class, the final result is dependent on the quality of the original asset provided.
Archival Restoration: Previews are illustrative. Manual work may introduce technical enhancements not visible in the instant AI preview.
KO Studio: We aim for pixel-perfect transparency within 0.1px tolerance. Advanced hair and translucent fabrics are subject to artisan assessment.
Bespoke Editing: Subjective retouching is performed based on user directives. One (1) round of revisions is included for master-grade tiers.
3. User Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to, or have permission to manipulate, the images you upload. Image Studio is not responsible for copyright violations initiated by users.
We reserve the right to refuse service for images containing illegal content or content that violates our studio safety standards.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via our authorized gateways (Razorpay/PayPal). Due to the digital nature of our artisan services, refunds are generally not provided once the manual work phase has been initiated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pegasustech.works is registered.
