Legal framework for using Restore Studio services, provided by Pegasustech.works.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Restore Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our platform.
Pegasustech.works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Restoration Scope & Quality
Restore Studio provides AI-assisted and manual photo restoration services. While our artists are world-class, the final result is heavily dependent on the quality of the original asset.
Previews are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the high-resolution final delivery due to technical enhancements performed during the manual restoration phase.
3. User Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to, or have permission to restore, the images you upload. Restore Studio is not responsible for copyright violations initiated by users.
We reserve the right to refuse service for images containing illegal content or content that violates our studio safety standards.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Due to the digital nature of our artisan services, refunds are generally not provided once the high-resolution manual work has begun.
We offer one (1) round of revisions for Premium tier orders to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pegasustech.works is registered. Any disputes will be resolved within this legal framework.
